Once you have been emailed the dispatch confirmation, your parcel should be with you within 2 to 5 days.
Next day Royal Mail delivery = £10 Or £5 for UK orders over £85. Please note that orders on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered by Tuesday 1pm.
Standard Royal Mail delivery = £11
Tracked and Signed delivery = £18

Please note that multiple items can incur higher delivery costs depending on size and weight. Rue des petits reserves the right to contact customers for additional delivery costs if needed. Costs are usually calculated for parcels up to 2Kgs, 45 x 35 x 16cm max.

If your order is to be dispatched to a destination outside the European Union, you will be responsible for any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country. Rue des Petits Ltd. will not be responsible for these charges.
You have the right under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 to cancel your order at any time before delivery of the items(s) or within 7 working days of receipt of the item(s) by following Rue des Petits Cancellation, Return & Exchange procedure.
If you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch, please send us an email at email@example.com . We will send you a confirmation email upon receipt of your request. Please also note that if your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the procedures described in the Return policy. Rue des Petits reserve the right to refuse unidentified order returns.
Should you wish to return/exchange an order you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the order by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your name and order number. Clearly explain why you would like to return/exchange your item(s).
Your item(s) should be returned with your original invoice/receipt within 14 days of receiving the order at your own cost (for non-faulty items). Please make sure that the item is posted back in an appropriate packaging to ensure the items do not get damaged in transit. We strongly advise that you use a signed for postal service/courier to return the item as we are unable to refund for any orders which get lost in the post, and that you keep your proof of posting documents until we confirm that we have received the item. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of Rue des Petits and may only be offered as a credit voucher. Also ensure that your name, address and order number is with the product that you are sending back.
Once the item has been approved for return and received by us, we will exchange and/or refund the original payment debit/credit card for the sum paid minus postage costs.
All refunds and exchanges for goods purchased via our website or by telephone must ONLY be made by post/courier. We will share Website order returns address with you per email.
All items must be returned in a new, clean and unused/unworn condition with the original product/garment tags still attached (if applies). We are unable to offer a refund on unwanted goods purchased at discounted prices. However we are happy to exchange the item(s) for the same purchase value within 7 working days provided they are in perfect condition and represented by the original receipt. If you have requested a refund, we will credit the original purchaser’s card for the sum paid within 7 working days of receipt of the item you wish to return.
We will always endeavour to make sure that products are in perfect condition when they leave our warehouse. However, if an item that you have received is faulty or damaged, please send us an email at email@example.com within 48 hours of delivery quoting your name and order number. Clearly explain why you would like to return/exchange your item(s) and, please provide us with full details and images of the fault/damage.
If you would like an exchange for a different size or an alternative item, please supply your payment details on the returns form so we can process a new order for you and refund you for the returned item(s). This will ensure a faster exchange process and delivery in the next days by Royal Mail. Postage costs at the current rates will be charged for all exchanges returned to customer. Please Note: ALL hair accessories, brooches, earrings, tights and socks are non-refundable and non- exchangeable due to hygiene reasons.
All full priced products may be returned in new, unworn and unused condition with original product/ garment tags still attached. If you have requested a refund, and it has been received and approved, we will credit the original payment card for the sum paid within 15 working days.
All unwanted goods purchased at sale/discounted items we are unable to offer a refund, however we are happy to exchange the item(s) for another sale/discounted item for the same purchase value or more provided they are in perfect condition and represented on the original receipt.
